Mix two tablespoons apple cider vinegar I like to use Braggs organic apple cider vinegar myself with 1/4 cup plain yogurt. Get two large square bandages self adhesive. Put a thin layer of the mixture on the gauze side of the bandage and apply to the bottom of clean feet when you go to bed at night.
Apple cider vinegar helps to re-balance your acid-alkaline ratio and draws out toxins while the lactic acid in the plain yogurt will help to soften those callouses.

Today I’m trying this India remedy for the common cold. Combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk in a pan and heat to a boil. Add 1tsp. minced ginger , 1 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp turmeric. Simmer for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
Let cool and then drink. I know the ginger helps congestion and the milk and honey help soothe a sore throat. I will keep you informed on the results.
